Welcome to SLR Beauty!

Shauna Russell, a FSU alum, worked in the beauty industry for over nine years. Shauna’s skillset as a makeup artist and knowledge for beauty and skincare products were mastered through working with companies like Macy’s and MAC Cosmetics.

These companies enhanced Shauna’s passion for highlighting her client’s natural beauty. Seeing and hearing their declaration of confidence fueled Shauna’s desire of being a makeup artist. Knowing that she wanted to do more, Shauna began to freelance and expand her business through the creation of SLR Beauty.

SLR Beauty’s mission is to increase one’s confidence through showcasing genuine beauty.

Shauna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, patient, friendly, and personable which is exactly what a bride needs on one of the most happy and stressful days of her life. Her expertise with makeup, color, and choice in products blew me away and honeyyyy her eyelashes are a dream! All 9 of my bridesmaids and mom loved their looks (it's almost impossible to please 11 women, but she did it.) Several comments they made were; "She uses amazing products, my face stayed on the entire night without looking oily, my makeup stayed two full days and I didn't even breakout. "My face felt more hydrated than before I got it done, anyone that can give me eyebrows is gold in my book!" My girls and I are so grateful to have found her.
